Ticket left in Queue 1/22
2 people were not here. Justin filled in but we are still understaffed. Could not finish all the tickets in the queue.

Yeah... There are alot of tickets in the queue, Lots of calls too.
If anyone changes their username to include a '.' their plaza site will not display. CNS is aware of the problem.
The tickets in the Tech Backup queue all have to do with login errors on the housing website. The error is a java "null pointer exception", and we were not able to diagnose the problem. Appears to be server side or account specific, and not browser/password. Ask a staff member or call housing to see if it's a website error.
There are tickets left in the queue because there was only a tech backup and 1 consultant.
There is 1 ticket remaining in the consultant queue. It was 10 when I found the information needed to complete the ticket and it would take significantly longer to complete the operation. Information is in the the ticket.
