Account Specialist Training Week 4

This week the trainees will be taking calls and helping walk-ins in the FB. In order to determine if the trainee or trainer is upstairs or downstairs, please look at the TRAINEE’S schedule.

Also continue to write attendance reports if the trainee is late or absent and let me know. The directions for an absent Trainer are in the Help Desk Electronic Archive.

I will be creating a scenarios handout that I'll give out sometime this week that trainees should be completing.
